ABOUT NLRG

Next Level Recruiting Guide (NLRG) is founded and run by longtime diving coach Bill Williams.  Bill has over 20 years of coaching experience through all levels of the sport, as well as many years coaching diving camps. During his time at camp, he realized many of the divers had little to no understanding of the recruiting process.  After some thought, he created a basic PowerPoint that he presented at camp to help guide the athletes through the basics of the process.  After many iterations and expansions, input from coaches all over the country, and tremendous feedback from divers, he decided to try and market not only the presentation, but a full service.  

The goal of NLRG is to help both the athletes AND the parents navigate an ever changing landscape that is the recruiting process.  This differs from other platforms for a few reasons.

NLRG not only focuses on the recruiting aspect, but ties in the school aspect as well, which is quite often overlooked. By being overlooked, it can create issues when choosing a school, only to realize they don't have what you want to major in, or the costs may be different than what you thought.
